PROCESSUS Enzymatic Instrument Cleaner

PROCESSUS Enzymatic Instrument Cleaner is suitable for use both manually or in an ultrasonic bath to remove all organic matter and debris from clinical instruments in just 10 minutes.

A combination of effective enzymes in an economical concentrate helps to protect equipment and remove organic matter before disinfection.

Dilute concentrate at 2%, adding purified water first, then PROCESSUS Enzymatic Instrument Cleaner.

Add diluted solution to suitable container for manual cleaning or ultrasonic bath. Record date of dilution and dilution rate.

Disassemble instruments / equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Rinse instruments / equipment with clean water first to remove gross debris.

Submerge instruments in the enzymatic solution and leave for 10 minutes. If cleaning endoscopes, ensure solution is flushed through the internal lumen(s).

Remove instruments and rinse with clean water.

Follow with PROCESSUS Instrument Disinfectant for effective disinfection.

This product is an enzymatic detergent, therefore it has not undergone any microbiological testing.

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

Warning: May cause an allergic skin reaction. Contains 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, alpha-amylase, triacylglycerol lipase, subtilisin. May produce an allergic reaction. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wash hands and working surfaces thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children.
