Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Vet360 Supplies are processed and delivered.
Please read this policy alongside our Refund & Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times will depend on stock availability, the product ordered and the delivery service selected.
Orders placed after our daily dispatch cut-off may be processed on the next working day.
In-Stock Products
Where an item is shown as in stock, we aim to dispatch it promptly.
Where a next-working-day delivery service is available, this refers to the delivery service used after dispatch and is not a guaranteed delivery time unless we specifically state otherwise.
Orders placed late in the day, at weekends or on bank holidays may not be dispatched until the next working day.
Products Not Immediately Available
Some products may need to be ordered from our supplier or manufacturer before they can be dispatched.
Estimated lead times may be shown on the relevant product page or provided at the time of ordering.
Typical lead times may include, for example:
-
3–5 working days
-
5–8 working days
These times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Charges may vary depending on:
-
order value;
-
parcel size or weight;
-
delivery destination;
-
product type; and
-
the delivery service selected.
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before payment is taken.
Delivery Times
Any delivery dates or times shown on our website are estimates unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed.
For consumer orders, where no specific delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will try to amend the address where possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Failed Deliveries
Where a courier is unable to complete delivery, they may:
-
attempt delivery again;
-
leave the parcel at an appropriate collection point;
-
deliver to an agreed safe location where authorised; or
-
return the parcel to us.
If a parcel is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts or because it was not collected, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery was caused by circumstances within the customer's control.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your parcel or goods arrive damaged, please contact us promptly at:
Where possible, please provide:
-
your order number;
-
details of the damage;
-
photographs of the parcel and packaging; and
-
photographs of the affected goods.
This will help us investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing from your delivery or you receive an item you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where we have supplied an incorrect item, Vet360 Supplies will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as appropriate.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the carrier.
Please do not arrange a replacement purchase solely on the assumption that a parcel has been lost without first contacting us.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights and the circumstances of the order.
Risk During Delivery
For consumer orders, goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession, or to a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For business customers, risk normally passes on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Hazardous, Chemical and Regulated Products
Certain products, including chemicals, disinfectants, aerosols, liquids and other regulated goods, may be subject to specific transport or courier restrictions.
This may affect:
-
the delivery service available;
-
delivery locations;
-
delivery times; or
-
whether the product can be shipped using a particular carrier.
We may contact you if alternative arrangements are required.
UK Mainland Delivery
Our standard delivery services are intended primarily for UK mainland addresses.
Delivery times and charges to areas including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and other offshore destinations may differ.
Any additional charges will be shown at checkout where supported or confirmed with you before dispatch where necessary.
International Delivery
International delivery may be available for selected products and destinations.
International orders may be subject to:
-
additional delivery charges;
-
customs procedures;
-
import duties;
-
local taxes;
-
carrier restrictions; and
-
longer delivery times.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
Some products may not be suitable or permitted for international shipping.
Returns and Return Shipping
Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Our standard return period is 14 days.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Where goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrectly supplied or otherwise our responsibility, Vet360 Supplies will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as appropriate.
Approved non-faulty business returns may also be subject to the terms set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, including any applicable restocking charge.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, which may include:
-
severe weather;
-
courier disruption;
-
strikes;
-
transport disruption;
-
supplier delays;
-
natural disasters;
-
government restrictions; or
-
other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
Where a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep affected customers informed where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded.
